Our simple process

  • You love our creations and think we may be the perfect fit for your special day. So, let’s connect! Enquire via the website page by providing a few simple details. We will get back to you (within 48 hours) regarding our availability. From here, we share a questionnaire with you to help us understand more about your celebration and invite you to book a call for a faster turn around.

  • With your info, we get to planning! This is the part where we will provide you and your fiancé with styling guidance tailored to your venue, with your personalised vibe in mind. We create proposals and share visuals for reference as needed. Additional calls can also be scheduled to run through the finer details. You’re welcome to make changes as need be to ensure your dream wedding space comes to life.

  • Once you are smitten with your final Proposal/Quote, we simply require a 10% non-refundable deposit and provide a contract for you to review and sign. Once both steps have been completed, we are all yours!

  • Here we enables you to begin the planning process on a positive note, guided by our experience. Empowering you from the get-go so you know:

    1. exactly what you’ll need to organise from sending out stationery to the dance floor

    2. how to make sure everything is cohesive and works together

    3.. This is the perfect resource to take with you to your Planner/Stylist/Coordinator or the foundation to success if you are navigating the experience by yourself!

  • Approximately a month prior to your special date, we will schedule a call. Here, we can ensure your vision will come to life beautifully, you are content with the plan and adjust it as necessary. We take note of important details like ceremony time, delivery addresses etc.

    We also send a short questionnaire to ensure we have all the important details on file.

  • Your vision is ever so carefully brought to life. We deliver personal items such as bouquets and lapels to both you and your fiancé, the morning of. The team transform your ceremonial and reception spaces, creating the vision, ever so carefully planned for.

FAQs

  • Everyone’s wedding is unique. For this reason, we tailor proposals to best suit you and your needs.

    However, if we were to provide price point ideas they would go as such:

    Our minimum spend is 4K, this ensures we are able to achieve the dreamy look we are known for.

  • We can be there for you from the get go! We work closely with incredible vendors so, are happy to help in guiding selection of items such as furniture and beautiful, custom stationery/signage. We provide items such as linen and candles that go hand in hand with your beautiful blooms.

  • Absolutely not, this is our forte! In fact, we highly recommend being open to bloom selection and creative licence (trusting us to create something beautiful for you). It’s best to share colour palettes and a vibe. Mother Nature is our muse and blooms can actually never be guaranteed in the way other mediums can. If there are particular flowers you adore, we would love to know and try our best to include them. We just need you to remember seasonality, weather, popularity and other uncontrollable factors come into play when ordering and purchasing flowers. Our favourite creations are always those where a couple has shared a colour palette they love and let us do the rest!

  • We require a few simple things. Firstly, that you love our work (it really wouldn’t make sense to enquire if you didn’t) and trust in our ability to connect with you and exceed your expectations for this momentous life event of yours. In doing so, we need to be able to get to know you via a phone call, legalities (reviewing, signing and returning of our contract) and a 10% non-refundable date securement deposit (which will be deducted from your final invoice).

  • As quality is of high importance to us, this means our set up happens the day of. We refrigerate blooms at our studio, or keep them ultimate temperatures. This means set up needs to be as close to the event as possible. Depending on the scale of your event, extra hands may also be required to do so, factoring into costs. But, execution labour will all be included within your proposal and not a surprise at a later date. The day after your wedding, our team returns to collect and clean any complimentary hire vessels, structures such as plinths and candle holders etc. and tidy the venue. These are all inclusive features of our service.

  • We are more than happy for you to keep the flowers after your wedding! Please let us know prior so we can list this in our pack down run sheet.

    If you’d like we will save flowers that are in the best condition and leave them at the venue for you in a bucket of water. We need to keep all vases and vessels. t is your responsibility to make sure you have permission from your venue for us to do this. Please keep in mind that we have no control of what happens to the flowers after we leave on the day of the wedding and cannot guarantee how many will be left over at pack down; whether that be guests pull them out of water, the room temperature is quite warm, the weather has affected them or simply that the flowers are made for an event, so just don’t last as long.

    Perished blooms are composted and any still standing will be donated to a good cause. A favourite is our local nursing home.

  • Yes, majority of the time, we repurpose your ceremony blooms at your reception so you can get the most out of your beautiful blooms and investment!

    There will be some instances where this unfortunately cant be done. Such as:

    Location: if the ceremony and reception are not on the same property, this can be challenging. It is best to so if both are within close proximity of each other.

    Arbour Frames: cannot be moved once they are put together and placed into position for ceremony. This is because they need to be tied together/pegged/strapped down. If we then attempt to move it, we risk the arbour falling apart and destroying the florals we have created. We also risk damaging the structure itself.

    Weight: some vessels/plinths/structures can be too heavy to be moved once filled with water/weights and florals/foliage for the ceremony.

    Design: if floral displays have been created on a vertical surface (eg. pole), they cannot be taken off and moved to a horizontal surface (eg. bar/mantle) as this would require starting the installation from scratch.
